There is growing evidence that autism is genetic with an environmental trigger, and can originate from the man in the male sperm (see articles below). The belief  is that when a person becomes too removed from natural environments and reliant upon industrialized food systems, then they may be faced with greater exposure and weakened immunity, allowing disorders an opportunity. A sperm donor can attempt to reduce odds by varying the amount of processed and industrialized foods consumed in the diet, such as consuming raw milk (unpasteurized diary), organic farm-raised local produce from farmer's markets, local raw honey, organic yogurt, raw cheeses, and spend time on farms and ranches to be aware of the food system.   It is important that women, who control the life of the community, realize how significant the freedom to choose our foods affect the offspring and the future of the nation.
